I don't regret buying this phone. My only problem is the smart case is old and I cannot get replacement. Please is anyone having one to sell to me?

It's a very nice phone.... I must say.
Right now, I'm having a problem whereby, when I call out, I don't hear the dailing tone and when they pick up on the other side, I don't hear. But if I am called, I hear perfectly well.
Please, what do I do? Help me.

The infinix note 4 pro is superb for me that never want me to upgrade to other note. But the problem am having now with the phone is the issue of inadequate network with my Airtel sim (the phone displays just 2g network). I don't understand cos Airtel network is superb in my area.

Santo, 14 Apr 2020How can I upgrade mine 2 Android 8.1 plsThis is my phone since june 2018, In egypt, I've upgraded it to Android 8.1 about a year ago easily within the device settings, search for update.
But i must say this phone was absolutely amazing with me... And here we are after 2 years heavy usage.. Still kikin!

magezi, 10 Aug 2019Back and option key can't function is your phone covered fully with a glass protector if yes remove it I also have the same issue so i tend to cover the screen part of the phone with a glass protector or try liquid glass protector

I do not recommend anyone buying this phone at all
first of all its the battery performance it has depreciated i have used this phone for 1 year now ok its been more than 1 year heading to 2 years now and the battery drains very fast like when it gets to 15% it drains like a clock even when its in power saving mode. the usb cable stopped working after using it for 2 months.
the smart cover i haven't used it for the past 1 year now well its too bulky so i got rid of it. plus it scratches the screen so yeah.
sometimes i cannot hear pple when they call me or when i call them its definitely not a mouthpiece issue coz if it was it wouldn't be working at all. (I stand to be corrected)
now to the performance i have now learnt to always check the processor of the phone it really matters infinix always has a Mediatek processor which in most of the people's experience it tends to overheat and battery drains fast as compared to other processors. thats another issue.
the phone also unlocks itself even without password or fingerprint(it usually sends random photos to pple and takes alot of screenshots when its in my pocket it also bought a book on amazon worth $3 which is quite worrying)
the phone also touches itself opens apps on its own i don't know if i'm the only one experiencing these problems please comment down below if you have the same issues.
I'd not like anyone to suffer like i am so if you have any suggestions of a midrange phone that i can buy with the following specs:
6-8GB RAM, Snapdragon processor, 48-64 mp camera, 128GB internal mem, 4000mAh battery please help me i'm so mixed up I don't know which one to go for.

Ola, 16 Jul 2019I've been using the note 4 pro without the stylus for.more ... morePlease, my Note 4 pro is given me issues in the sense that without the pack I can't answer calls , the call will enter, it will be ringing but I won't see the name of the person calling
And I need to change that pack because its old and the phone is still good
.
Is there anything I need to disable pls

Actually, a very good phone , excellent note-taking, no-overheating , excellent network reception, stylus note-taking enhancing my productivity like nothing else. The battery is BIG.
The only cons I can see is that it is a little slow. It doesn't hang but a little slow.
