efarzee, 23 May 2020i recently bought this mobile. and after taking it home and... moreDoes it only happen when you leave it on charging? I had this issue in Realme 3 but it was fixed on its own after 1-2 months. Never had that issue again in 1 year.
But you should take your payment slip and its papers and claim warranty/ask for replacement. They'll give it to you if you're firm about it.
Infinix phones in my experience last long (2+ years), so I think you just had bad luck.

i recently bought this mobile. and after taking it home and using it for 10 minute, display turned off automatically, i did force restart, and did everything. not showing any display. even if i press power+vol down it captures screenshot. and charging works. but not showing any display. my first experience with infinix mob. i am crying that i wasted my money.. worked my ass day and night and saved money to gift my mom new mobile. turned out shit like this. :(

Really a good overall device, love it but wifi connection is I think somewhat low pick n drop I don't know why, any one with same problem.2nd Face unlock stop working after one day n disable n enable it after rebooting phn works perfectly but after a day again same issue, it stop working.... I mean it works but only for a day, can any one solve my problem. I find for face unlock data n catch removal method to work but I couldn't find it in face unlock app even for every app the data n catch deleting is available but not in face unlock app.... Do u guys hv same setting in ur device

I love infinix note 7, the only problem I hv is after setting face unlock, it stop working automatically after a day. I dontknow wt is the problem, I disabled it and reboot the phn n then enable it so doing it start working but same issue after a day it stopped working again n doing disable n enable works. Any one with same issue or wt should to fix it.... And one thing more I feel it has a wifi connection issue too, m I right or just a feeling.... 😊
