I have been having serious issues with my charger .. I lost the original charger and since then , the phone becane literally useless as the chargers I bought not charging atall .
I have been on this for 3month now ..
Infinix built this phone wrong in that aspect

I can't hold it anymore. I want Infinix company to know that we, the users of infinix note 7 are suffering from the ghost touch in our device. I think this was a bug from android 10 and I think you need to take charge of this quickly and update our device to android 11 to surpass this kind of issue/bug. Please resolve this problem in order to us not to buy another brand of smartphone.

Jojo, 29 Jul 2021So bro please suggest me can i buy this mobile.......?You should go for Infinix Note 10 Pro it has almost the same price as Infinix Note 7 but much better specs than Infinix Note 7. Infinix Note 7 has an issue of ghost touches or automatic touches and it's original charger is not long lasting. I myself use it for 1 year and I have encountered all the above mentioned problems.

It's only been few months I've bought Infinix Note 7. The warranty will expire in Oct 2021.
The sensor lock of fingerprint gets open by any person. This is the issue of this mobile device. This has not happened only once. It has opened multiple times by others.
Who's going to take the responsibility???
