Even if the phone is continuously used only it's back at camera position below which it's chipset is located heats up. But fingerprint sensor never heats. You should bring it to Infinix franchise as it seems there is a problem in your model.

Infinix note 7 should have front facing touch light on it..it is bad if want to make selfie call video there is no light to help brighten my face in the night and there is no light attachment..it is poor
