My phone fingerprint option is missing in settings. I formatted and factory reset the phone more than two times but the situation is still the same thing. I updated the software, my fingerprints option is still missing.

Phone's really really good(speed,back camera,gaming,nice battery,fast fingerprint,less heating)bar the 720p screen and a not so good front camera..

I am surprised that many people are complaining that this phone is bad, this and that but may I let you know that this is one of the best Android phones from Infinix.
- Charges very fast
- Fingerprint responds like the breeze
- Boots in the twinkling of the eyes
- Very clear camera, captures every details
- Battery lasts very long
- 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM
- Supports On the go (OTG)

This is the worst Android phone I ever used
Too many ads the finger print option is nowhere to be found 🙁🙁
My sister told me that her note7 finger print stopped working 3days later mine disappeared
This is just bullshit and I can see lot of people complaining about it here.had it been I know

This phone is just the best. If you can ignore the slightly subpar front camera, everything else is extremely good for the money.

my phone infinix note 8i finger print option is missing i have restart my phone again and again but finger print option is not showing please give the solution of this problem i dont want to reset my phone because there is lot of data in my phone kindly suggest me the solution i dont want to reset my phone .
