I just bought the phone day before yesterday and believe me it's a verry good phone. I realized that some people don't even have the device they just come and bee commenting what they don't know. I was discouraged after seeing some of the comments but I still decided to get the phone and now I have no regret.
The front camera that they are condemning is good

AoA, it's a good phone than poco M3 because Poco M3 is very slow .so that's why I sale poco M3 after using it for 13 days and buy infinix note 8i its a good phone in its price range.Infinix note 8i have good performance .love from Lahore.

Wow this is a very good phone to purchase I barely carry my charger to work because the battery lasts and the fast chargeing is too fast the back camera is smart the browsing is very fast

This is d phone am using to type this now...infinix note 8i is a great fone..I love it ..b4 I got it I was reading all d comments here and I was almost discouraged ..bt wen I got der I still decided to go for it..and am happy I did..back camera is dope..my front camera too Is very cool despite dat d screen guard is even covering it..dat was a mistake .I didn't notice it earlier but I will get another screen guard dat has a hole for d camera bcos if it doesn't, it will reduce d brightness of d front camera so u guys should take note because I think dats y u guys are having Soo much complaint about d front camera..mine is very clear..even d ba3 lasts and charge very fast .. and d fingerprint sensor is also too fast..this phone doesn't heat up..so I don't really know why people are complaining...if urs is giving u problems den it's fake!

It a good phone but not excellent, you can't compare it to the flagship phone No, But the chipset, the camera and the performance is great the only problem is the front camera too bad but manageable, the display is also not good but manageable.

The phone is Fast
The back camera is Good when turn to 48mp
The phone is not hot
The battery is very good
The charging is Fast
Cons
The front camera is very poor
It display is lacking
It has low light display outside

A phone released in 2020 still using a 720p display infinix is still living in 2010... besides the fingerprint sensor has to be under display now. The only improvement so far is the type C charging port.
