Infinix S5 Pro goes official: Helio P35 SoC, 48MP triple camera, and notchless display

Hong Kong-based phone maker Infinix launched the S5 last October with a Helio P22 SoC, punch hole display and a quad camera. Today, the company followed it up with a Pro variant.

The Infinix S5 Pro is built around a 6.53" notchless display of FullHD+ resolution, which has an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and a pixel density of 394ppi.

Under the hood, the S5 Pro has a Helio P35 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM. The smartphone runs Android 10-based XOS 6.0 out of the box and has 64GB of storage onboard. It also has a dedicated microSD card slot for further expansion up to 256GB.

The Infinix S5 Pro features a 16MP selfie camera mounted on a pop-up mechanism, and around the back is a triple camera setup, which includes a 48MP main, 2MP depth, and low-light sensors.

The S5 Pro comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint reader for biometric authentication and packs a 4,000 mAh battery that draws power through a microUSB port at up to 10W.

The Infinix S5 Pro is offered in Violet and Forest Green colors and is priced at INR9,999 ($135/€120). It will go on sale in India from March 13 through Flipkart.

bro very true that is the same problem with tecno and itel that is why they sell to underdeveloped countries in africa who just need names and not really specs
