I saw that the most recent versions of XOS are more fluid, less intrusive and visually akin to other more known custom interfaces.

Infinix has the GT 10 Pro, with a headphone jack and a dedicated Micro SD card slot. This one has a MediaTek Dimensity 8050.
Realme has the 9 SE, again with a headphone jack and Micro SD card slot (this is the one am using now). This has a Snapdragon 778G
There are many other options, but most of them are powered by a SD695 or weaker. The above two options offer good performance, and they are priced at around INR 20K.
