the temperature panel, turn it off, and your brightness will not increase while playing game

Anyone whod used this phone Is it true it has similar problem with it's increasing brightness even when adaptive brightness is off like last year model? It's crucial for me as I'm afraid the phones gonna catch burn in if the brightness uncontrollably sets to max and being used for prolonged time, and if it's still there is there a way to fix the problem like turning off certain option/toggle or is it a bug that needs to be fixed through software update (genuinely asking)
Mine is Indonesian unit and I already bought this phone and it's still in shipping, if it still has that issue I'm planning on selling this phone back intact
