Hello everyone. I've got serious problems with my Inno 55. The range is full but I cannot make calls. If sometimes it works the problem is that microphone doesn't work propeatly. I think it's a problem with a software. Could anyone send me a firmware flash, please. And maybe a language pack? THX

I got this phone for 3 weeks now and I am loving it. It is a cool phone and sure catches people's attention on the street or subway. Still working fine for me. In HK we have a silver color version that looks even more stylish. You don't really have to slide all the time to make or get calls, only when you need to key in numbers or wanna look cool.

I've had this phone for about 2 months and a half and despite all the bad remarks, it's been very good. The camera quality is more than good for a VGA cam, the 260k screen is pleasing to the eye(even with a 128 x 160 resolution). Pics taken from the camera look superb when viewed or set as a background. The functions of the phone are reliable - the ONLY problem I've honestly had is as EVERYONE has stated, the battery. As much as I love this phone, the battery is garbage. You will have to charge this phone every day, if you use the phone quite regularly. But besides this, the phone is great. EVERYONE who has seen my phone has complimented me. So get this phone if you want a super stylish cell with a good camera and a nice screen. Dont' get it if you don't like charging your phone often.

It's weird all these people have problems with their phones, as i have had none..dropped it a dozen times and still good after a couple months..i guess it really depends which ones u get..probably the newer ones are better

(anyone who is with t-mobile and are planning to buy this phone, you can make the text messaging and WAP work, but you WON'T be able to send and receive picture message or send/receive picture at all with t-mobile MMS service. WATCH OUT!)
I have Tmobile and just added Tzones just waiting for my connection...so thanks for the info about MMS...I just need to figure out how I can get my phone to configure...there is a configure area but they don't have my phone listed.
