i bought the inno55 in so. california. so far, works great.. sound quality is decent, giving you 2 batteries + desktop charger is nice.. i just changed the battery after a week of use (< 2 hours talk time, but camera usage). actually, in my pokcet, it somehow turned on the camera and it stayed on for 1.5 hours or so. that drained the battery.. hopefully it won't happen again. hopefully all these "curses" dont happen.

christine, i personally think the difference lies between earlier and later production models. if u get an inno55 now i think it should work fine, bc all the other ppl who got the phone earlier acted like guinea pigs and helped inno correct the problems w/ the 55. like mine for instance, i posted a comment earlier and everyone before stated major problems w/ the 55 while ppl after normally had positive things to say about the 55, but then again, this is in my own opinion

Hey everybody!!! I seriously need some help. I am intersted in purchasing the Inno 55. I live in the US, and all the reviews i've read are mainly about thailand. I read one that says reception in New York is great, so thats good for me. But ive heard alot of complaints about the quality of the phone, or how "it shuts down after 2 weeks and wont turn back on". Does the phones quality depend on where you live, or are the phones all from the same manufacturer? Also, Cingular told me that their is no insurance on the phone if it breaks. Is this true? PLEASE HELP ME!!! THank you!!!

the cheapest i got it was a serial cable from ebay...note also that most innostream cables are the same..the ones that say inno 55 cables on ebay are more expensive for no reason...so check other inno cables in general (though 55 is not said)

I have this phone for almost a month, and it is not a great phone for the following reasons: menu's reaction time is slow (not ideally fast), English inputting is slow (and poor symbols selection), doesn't save text messages automatically so if in the middle of typing you accidentally clicked out, you would need to retype all over again. Just another extremely cute phone which compromised on inner quality.

Anyone bought Inno 55 from hong kong? If you did, did those problems such as the whole phone permanently shutting off after 1~2 weeks of operation, or any sort of other problem occured? Also, Im wondering which model (inno 30 or 55) to buy. Any suggestions would be very appreciated^^

Is there 2 versions of this phone? Cuz the one I have does not look like the version that is posted here. And I don't have problems with the phone like others have claimed to have. Maybe there is a newer version?
