Hmm, my girlfriend got this phone and I don't see any real faults at this time. The video doesn't have audio, the camera takes quite good pictures, and her battery seems to hold up just fine. She just got this last week on 3/21/05, and everything seems to be working fine. She complained about it not being able to assign personal ringers to people, but that's it. I've played with it quite a bit, and it seems sturdy. The sliding is okay. Not to harsh, and it locks down in place when closed. The speaker is nice and loud. I don't know what else to say, so far so good I guess.

I have this phone. I really like it, but one time when i turned off my phone because I didnt know my PUK code my phonebook got deleted, a lot of my pictures got messed up, and a majority of the ringtones I downloaded wasn't working.

John i got a cable for 25 with program and i transfer mp3 tones always to my phone. battery life could be better with the extended battery its better.

HI,I am in the Brooklyn now and I am looking to buy a INNO 55 to take back to Trinidad with me.Please write telling me all good and bad things with this phone.Who has it the cheapest? Can mp3 be downloaded for ring tones like those nextells? What is the real battery life? Is there a data cable and how much.All opinions will be greatly appreciated

well its been a little over a month now.. and i am still disappointed with the inno 55. it keeps dropping my calls and people cannot hear me on the other line even when the service bars are full. i get voice mail msgs when my phone doesnt even ring.. pls re-consider purchasing this phone. it sucks.

its a great fone and all buh it sumtimes turns off by it self and the battery wastes fast buh other den that they fone is great its small and cute

I just got this phone about a month ago and was wondering, Can it play MP3 ringtones? or is there anything similar? another question is about the PC Sync thing. Is it worth buying? what does the PC Sync thing do?

I have had this phone for three months and not one problem. Everything was perfect, then all of sudded both of my batteries hold a charge for about 6 hours. My retailer does not carry these batteries and Innostream does not answer there e-mails. Horrible customer service. Does anybody know were I can buy some new batteries for this phone? I am in Toronto, but I will have them shipped from anywere at this point.

Greath phone, but no service at all! They don't reply to emails and there is not much software, like agenda, phone book, image folder etc to link with PC. Only ringtones and screens. Does anyone have a clue how I get more software?
