I can play MP3 from anybits but have problems with variable bits MP3. I've tried, 64Kbits, 128Kbits, 256Kbits. Unfortunately you can't use MP3s or any other costumized tones for SMS/MMS. You can only select the ones available build into the phone.
Full package consist of handset, 2 battery (1 slim 1 extended), handsfree, manual, desktop charger, travel charger, USB cable.
And the box :-D

really interested wit this phone.. can it play 64kb mp3, can the mp3 save as a ringtone or msgtone, does it hv loud speaker, when u buy it does it really come in two batteries and also car kit .. thanks

Tami, what bits is your MP3? I can just copy any MP3 at 128Kbits and play back on the phone with no problem. However I have problems with variable bits MP3 file.

A10, "Copy GIF file from PC and dump it into IMAGE folder. When set as wallpaper, it will resize according to screen size."
Are you sure about this ???
When i try it, it does not resize itself but rather tells me that it is too large.

I bought this phone a few months ago, but I haven't been able to figure out how to play music on my phone. I took a CD and saved in in my computer and down loaded into my phone, but the MP3 player won't read it. I'm new at this, and the manual doesn't help much. Also, my video has no sound! Is this just my phone, is there something I'm not doing? I would appreciate any help you would provide.

great phone , haven't had any problems with it , great thing about it is the mp3 players an the sorround sound it has on his earpiece , thumbs up............

Has anyone had any major problems with the A10, things that they have had to go back to the manufacturer for? Because I am considering getting one imported from Malaysia to Australia, however I will be in trouble if anything breaks down, because there is noone that repairs them in Australia.
So yeah, any major troubles?

Sound as in noise. Small dots in the images.. and lots of it.
Should I take it back to the southall then if you say yours don't have issues?

Apparently it is more of dimension I think. But I don't use GIF for background :-D I use video taken by the camera :-D
Oh yeah... a quick note. Image Quality outdoors improves a lot. Indoor with mid lighting is BAD... ALOT of NOISE. I hope Innostream will resolve the issue with new Firmware updates.
