Both thick and thin batteries dried up easily...yup..within 1 day..
I sent it back to the service center, they got it fixed. Now, the thin one can last for about 3 days...the thick one even longer talk time and standby time

HI! COULD SOMBODY please SEND me TO MY e-mail the cd-rom software for the innostream A-10 because when i open the box it fall and broke soo i cant not use the mp3 player thankyou !!

can someone say (or mail) witch software I need to convert video files to .vis format? (mpeg, avi,3GP)

I think it's a good phone. It has more things then I'll ever need. "Lady Schedule"? Do ladies even use this. Anyway...I'm having a problem when I hook up my phone to my computer. When I go to "My Computer", it isn't listed under "Devices with removable storage". Am I doing something wrong? Please let me know. Thanks.

I'v been using this phone for almost 1 1/2 years now and I find overall it really is quite a good phone. The battery, voice quality, songs, are all above average.
One setback is the video in that I am not
able to find a player that can play back
the MJPeg on my pc.
Having quite a problem with this.
Anyone out there is able to help.

i love my inno-a20 its the best i m 11 years old and i enjoy it how couldn't you guys download music to your phone its so damm easy?????????????????????????
any ways i would like to get the sidekick 3 in the feauter

i'm using this fone since jan 2006 , easy setup gprs/mms for celcom/maxis/digi...the resolution of this camera is good.. but the problem is y my red color in screen become orange.. dunno y.. infrared and cable usb easy to use... but in cable cable transfer slow... so pls done copy to many and larger file. overall is good... may be i try with A20 later..coz the spec more than this..

Ermmm... I got this phone a moth ago... Almost every function i know how to use excpet for the GPRS & MMS... It has been bothering me for a month... I drop by to lots of Hp Storekeeps but there say no one can help me... Is there anyone out there can kindly give me a little help? I'm using hotlink...

i'm a innoA10 user for a year already.i'm facing problems wif d led lights and the mp3 sounds now.overall it quite a good phone besides those small probs.
btw charlotte-->go to phone setting->IrDA->on
if your phone is bought a year ago,pls upgrade it to infra if you don't have the function.it's free.the first batch of innoA10 is without infra.

Hey..
Can someone please tell me what is the flaw about this mobile phone..?
Because I am going to buy this phone today..
And i don't want to regret buying it..
I've read it's specifications and it's not that bad..
The only downside I see about this phone is that it doesn't provide bluetooth..
Apart from that, I think it's very good..
But I really want to hear from you guys who has been using this phone..
Do you have any problems with it..?
Please post back as soon as posssible yah..?

one day after i used camera, the phone got jammed and shut off. when i turned it on, my Mflash and video files all gone. can i download the mflash files somewhere????

i jus bought this phone in 1 utama,its kind of cheap only 699...im using hotlink but the problem is i can't set up the GPRS & MMS settings...can any1 here help me???
