I used to have same problem in Intex for charging but i used another charger cable from samsung mobile and now charging is great please try your problem will be solved

My phone intex aqua 4 g + is not charging from charger ,what I do it is in guarantee period.Is it replace in battery?

The service centre staff is very very bad idiots
They are most enough to close the company
When I faced their Nonsense I repaired my phone from outside. For just 125 within 15minuts

It is waste mobile. It features is good.but it is not perfect given features.camera is bad. I purchase this mobile 5months only it was lot of problems in this inex mobile

When i purchased it till one month its was good, but after one month chrging is going very fastly and its decresing very fast..... then after few days its automatically fine, but now touch problem its big problem for me, its automatically touches and working,, if i try to call to any one its type automatically and its creates mental to me.
Camere is not good , if u click in day then ok, but at the night time it going to VGA Camere like that.
when i was go to nearest servicing centre they told me ur ph have touch problem, and if u want change this touch then u have to change ur display also coz in INTEX mobile touch and display is attached and its changing for 3300 Rs. is needed.
I purchased this mobile 2015, April and these problem are facing from 2016 February.
I think its not cool mobile for anyone, please dont make this mistake, better then u my all frends purchase RED MI Mobile / Motorola.....
