i have been using this a 21 phone for the last 2 months. i encounter a new problem every day. if two or three commands are give in a quick succession, the phone hangs. it does not have the basic features plz halp me

i have been using this a 21 phone for the last 3 months. i encounter a new problem every day. this was purchased for rs 8500/. if two or three commands are give in a quick succession, the phone hangs. it does not have the basic features like stop watch and timer. here is no service centre in city like hyderabad where maximum cell phone purchases take place. the concern has to immediately indicate the name and address of authrised service centres in hyderabad.
i do not recommand to purchase this model at all

I purchased Karbonn A 21 from HOME TOWN MUMBAI at cost of Rs 9899/-I feel its working is very poor and NOW THE BATTERY is not keeping its charge for 4 hours .Charging also takes long time
secondly it is not good for using train travel or Airpot travel It picks up all the interference like railway signal (Induced emf and magnetic effect)radio signal effect and high voltage effect.
I tried to contact the service enters tel number given in package ,but no use.mobile numbers are ringing,but no response,in other numbers "please check the number "or this number is not working ,
Totally performance and service is a BIG PROBLEM.Smart Phone is in the warranty please give the service center's address in central side of MUMBAI with their tel number.
Lastly to TO THE KARBONN MOBILE manufacturer please rectify the these two problems listed above
Noise o& high voltage interference plus magnetic effect. Please also give good service back up to
improve the credibility.

amar, 24 Aug 2013can it play hd games like subway surf ...yes sure you can play without any problem am using this suoerb phone since 2 months and i can even play temple run all the versions without any problem

I had posted my openion about Karbonn 21 in july 2013 about bad experience and mentioned that I will repost after visiting a repair shop.But the shop keeper told me ,it can not be repaired and it has motherboard problem and contact the company for this where from you purchased.Actully relative gifted me this phone from Bangalore shop.I just want to mention that this mobile is just a doubtful instrument cant rely on it.Beware before you decide to purchase.

I m very bad experience of this phone.
After couple of mounth my Wi-Fi and bluetooth not working...also whats app and wechat not able to login...
Just waste of money

this is the worst phone i have ever used,after two days of purchase ets i have taken it to karbonn customer care for repair as the phone gets restarted while playing games or browsing or making call,even the service people are not able to find the problem.so please dont buy any karbonn mobile it is a bull shit company
