Using Karbonn A21 for last one year but today morning when try to switch on it can not open and only logo was seen on screen further the cell is dud and useless. Shown to a repair shop who told me, it is virous affected go to computor repair cell shop.I tried on karbonn site to see any advise to get help but no solution found.I came across this comment and read many difficulties with such users.I doubt whether is it genuine company or cheating customers.I try to contact some repair shop and get experience and come back to this site to opine again.

everybody is saying battery backup is not good
...
acc to me its having a gud battery backup for full day with meduim usage
see u have to put it on charge for 3-4 hrs n charger should b of samsung co.
m really satisfied with the battery backup ...
close all the aps in settings--> apps-->running "close all ."
if u will charge 3 hrs daily for 1 weak ..battery backup will improve a lotttt
m really happy with this karbonn a21 ...
best design
display colors r great (960*540)
no problem at all
mmm sometimes network problem is there otrwise great phone at this price :)

I Am Useing K A21 Handset Since Last 8 Months With Surffing,Browsing & Game On Daily Basis,Ther Is No Any Kind of Problem Two Useing.Battery Back up Is Also Good.It is A Fabuless Model of KARBONN COMPANY.M Totaly Satisfide With This Model.Go n Buy It.

A 21 model is a useless mobile carbon company cheet me I have purchase before 20 days when we using net suffering then battery discharge only one hour. there is a very big problem for battery I sold cell and purchase other company mobile

My carbonn mobile a21 have a big network problem. in the out going call always response my mobile network busy, incoming call also busy always. How to solve this problem?

Goood attempt from Karbonn.. nice design too... but battery sucks several times.. and another problem is browser stops automatically while working.. and also camera is not as expected .. otherwise a good phone for teens!

battery really sucks wanna charge 5 times a day...... if battery is full den after 10min battery is 70%........

My Hands on Experience is that its a wonderful mobile when it works. My Karbonn A21 Keeps on Restarting by itself whenever i open any app, games download or browse the Web for 30 mins. I've given it to service center twice for rectification and first time they returned it to me after a month and the problem was still the same and second time i gave it to them within a weeks time and again after a month they gave it back to me and still the same problem. Karbonn Support no 18001024660 will ring but very rarely a person will answer your call and they will give chennai no stating call your chennai customer care. At chennai they will say if you want to escalate call up 18001024460 and they will keep on bouncing here and there.
MY Strong Opinion PLEASE DON'T BUY KARBONN MOBILES!!! I'VE DECIDED TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER COURT REGARDING T

I love this karbonn A21 ..my most of friends suggested me to buy micro max canvas but I had trust in karbonn becausei am seeing its advertisement in IPL FROM last 6 years and thus I got guts to invest money in it..Awesome phone...go for it guys

hey..just wanted to know how much ram is actually available for use and shown in settings..
is it 512 mb as mentioned or just 386 mb..??
