I also use the karbon A21 but I face no problem have using it ya its write that it would be heated in sunlight but rather than it is good phn.

The worst phone ever...while playing game and surfing internet it restart again and again.....also in sun light and in charging its heats up and restart automatically.... Dont buy this phone....

This is compeletly a dabba phone. Even third class chiness mobiles are better than the karbonn mobiles. I bought A21 last year and i was facing sudden lapsed battery issue. I have visited 100 times to service center but no issue after 4 months i got a battery from one mumbai service center and i had to pay Rs300/- for that. which was illeggal since i was facing the issue from day 1 and follwoing up with the service center and was within 4 months i shud be given free but they asked me to pay to get battery replacement. i got it by paying. Still the same issue is there. There battery points reduces like main account balance reducing during call like , 100, 99 , 98, 97. if continue to use internet within 30 min battery will be vanish.
i waste my first salary by purchsing this dabba phone.
No one is giving me proper reason of this.
every time i have to put my mobile on charge.
I think there is issue with mother bord but these bulsit rascal karbonn people not solving it.
any body can give to suggestion to get rid of this

i beg to differ from most of u guys.... have been using this phone from past 18 months now.... never faced any problem
-even now battery comes for 1.5 days with internet constantly on in 2G mode.
-i have been playing HD games like NFS most wanted, Real racing, gladiator, wild blood, etc (all above 1GB), never faced any problem till i don't connect it to charger(when it heats up, i guess almost all phones of this range does)
- internet speed good enough.
- camera much better than most of the phones with 5mp camera(in day time only)
- never had been to service center.... so can't comment about it

I am a very disappointed user of Karbonn A21. I am facing a major problem of Low Outgoing Voice from my phone. I submitted it to the service centre and after many days i got my phone changed to a new A21 and it too had that same problem, I again had to submit it and again a new handset with the same problem and i know that this is a manufacturing defect in A21.
So all A21 users who r facing low outgoing voice problems. plz send me ur contact details to spcl.frnd82@gmail.com
I am going to challenge Karbonn Mobiles for this problem in consumer forum.

Had very bad experience using Karbon A21, phone become dead and given for service in Jan 2014, Till now did not get any proper answer. Based on my experience, karbonn mobiles is not recommended...

this company give worlds bad service. my mobile battery dead after i connect service center noida-18 ambe eletronics. i got a very normal massage contact me after 7 days. and what next i contact every weak on 3 month but didn't provide me mobile battry

It's very bogus company for after sales services, I use karbonn a6 model and my friend use a21 model but not happy with company service. From the first week then purchase problems start..and very bed experience in company service center. No proper response and take 45 to 60 days.
Please request never buy any mobile from karbonn..

I bought Karbonn Mobile A2+ from Poorvika in August 2013. Had problem with the handset and given it to the service centre in coimbatore vide
Job No T943J1397 dated 23/01/2014

Problem Description PCB Sort/VOCO56. They said they would take 25 days to rectify but they took 45 days and after taking delivery of the handset, the problem still persisted. I went to the service centre and I get the reply from them that the handset has been returned to them without rectifying the problem. Furious on hearing such nonsense reply and they assured that it will be rectified in 5 days and gave me the receipt vide job no T943J2273 dated 06/03/2014 and till date neither the handset delivered nor any reply from them. I am really frustrated with the way Karbonn Mobile doing the service. Please never ever think of buying Karbonn.

not good phone its very slow starting is good but when u install application its goes to very slow. battery back up is very less.
