A21 is a good set on price basis. But in my set there are two deficiencies , its volume is very low , its browser often backsto desktop so internet surfing is useless. Also battery backup is very poor. Handed over the set three times to service centre Pratapgarh u p for browser problem but problem still exists..

Its a good phone.... All phone have + nd -.... This fone is the best fr its rate..... 1.2 dual core snapdragon thts soo cool....and a 4.5 qhd screen (960*540) .....207 ppi.....it has a good camera 5mp nd front is 1.3 mp u don't get these features in other fone below 13000 to 15000....im using this fone frm almost a year nd its nt tht bad

The Worst mobile i have ever seen in my life. It hangs out many time in a day, don't have option to delete the multiple contact a one go..
Hell with this mobile, request you to convey this opinion to the Karboon bledy Company..

very worst service.no response from the customer care.within 6 months from the purchase,there are many problems in the phone.i ll never buy/recommend karbon to anyone

the most worst service i have ever seen in my life..it took 3 months for servicing...and the most irritating is that they returned the phone in dead condition..no response from the head office or service centres..so now i am bound to do a consumer case...plz dont buy it...hate karbonn....micromax is better

Internal memory is not 4gb, it is 2.57gb in which you cannot install a single app. For installing apps the internal memory is 580mb. RAM is 512mb which isn't enough. The biggest negative of this phone is its battery. I've used android phones before but their charging has not drained like this one. If you don't let the Internet On and don't play games heavily there is absolutely no problem with this phone.(The touch of this phone is a mess when it is connected to charging plug, which makes it unusable while charging).

very bad phone in nepal,kathmandu, service centre takes servicing more than 45 day but not still no answering phone calls and no more call from them. so i hate karbonn.

very very*100000000 times worst service centres.my phone is still in service centre since 4 month has been paased.
so i advice all customer not to buy any karbonn mobiles

worst service center.no customer care support.even no reply on contact nos.never buy a karbonn mobile.save money think wisely.

KarbonnA21 has many features which are not available in other phones at such rate. I am using this phone for over 6 months now and didn't have any problem till now. Other expensive phones have extra features like their display and all are good but apart from that Karbon a21 is a good android device.

Dont Bye this phone....mostly function not working , hanging and 3g is not supported...and most important; customer service center(delhi) ...his not talking properly...........
