I had a complaint with this mobile can any one help me out,........ When I am using to update or install any app from play store it is saying no space in the device... But am having free 1.5 GB in phone memory and 14GB in SD card. Why its happening .... Which settings I must change... Help me plz

Absolutely no service after sales.. I'm trying to locate service center in Ahmedabad and the website has outdated records. Their toll free number and mobile numbers don't work either. Please think twice before buying Karbonn mobiles.

Phone is excellent ,specially the camera is great but unfortunately no after sales service and spare parts as it seems company is no more interested in this model ! looking desperately for flip cover case !But not availabe any where !

Worst mobile phone anyone can have! No after sale service at all. Waste of investment. Don't get into a trap of cheaper mobile. Not trustworthy.

the most worst phone i hv ever purchased. i purchased it 9 months back and now its battery is totally dead and i could'nt find it anywhere. its other accessories are also unavailable. very bad experience.

I am using this phone since feb 2013. Initially battery is good it works for 1.5 days on full charge (3g, wifi, etc...). But now I am getting only halfday more over generating more heat.

Karbonn A30 is not a bad phone at the first instance. For the price, it is certainly value for money. It has features of a 23K priced branded phone. What is irking is poor quality of after sales service. Despite several complaints and feedback, it has not hit the head of the company. The reason is simple. It is able to make profit without bothering on ASS. Once sales dip, usually these guys sell off and launch new brand. Even branded phones have same functionality problems. Buy a phone for communication purpose. It will work well. Remember, a clerk cannot work to the efficiency level of a CEO.

I have purchase a Karbonn A30 phablet last year. At the first time it was working good but approximately 5 or 6 months latter I fached a problem with battery back up. If I charge fully it gives back up for only 5 or 6 hours approximatly on 3g network second problem is with display. Company says it's sixteen million colour but it doesn't give a good clearity on playing video & the last thing is it can't upgraded to jelly bean or any other latest android version.
Don't go for Karbonn A30. It just lost of money.

battery is available on e bay and other online store so please purchase from there. I also purchasefrom there.

i never seen such a worst phone... 18 month back i bought Karbonn A30. after 6 months i faced many problems.. now its battery completely dead n am not getting new one since 4 months am searching... i wasted my 11 thousand rs... totally waste of money... dont buy any karbonn product..

Hello guys,even i got the same issue regarding karbonn a30. We need to take some strong action on this company,what we all can do is, we can go to grahak vibhag,their we can make a complain,they will register it. They will take serious action on the company. We may get our money back also. Reply

Karbonn mobile company has no any better service center also battery for this mobile is not found since two months..I notify to all readers not only to buy A30 but also don't buy any karbon mobile.Let karbonn mobile company know why public not buying its products.. Jai hind
