guys i don't know about the customer care but i purchased this phone comparing almost for a month with micromax, samsung ,lg,intex,panasonic, lennovo,celkon etc all smart phones of +- 1000 rs. i think this is the best bet.
I had once reset this phone with ease just as a trial.It works fantastic the clarity is much better with best processing speed in this category the manufacturer has very smartly made compensations to the features wherever it lagged from competitors.
video and pic quality is excellent but only cons are:
1.cannot be used as standalone boombox- sound is low but adequate for a single user.
2. its a fingerprint magnet.please keep a cotton cloth handy.\

service centre for karbonn is very poor no customer satisfaction it is almost similar to a china mobile no guarantee or warranty.

battery back up is really bad i bought this few days before it ll retain only 5hrs after fully charged.. i gave to the service center again.. while recording video its gets struck. the recording video is little bit hanging while taking and playing in mobile

It's a value for money. Operations are quite smooth. Love playing games in it. Camera is OK. Afterall, you can not think of getting all effects identical to a galaxy s-3 at half price!

I own a local version of this handset, the Skyfire 2.0 (Philippines), and one thing I can say about the downside of this handset is that off all accessories, it is the BATTERY that is hard to get hold off. So if your battery needs to be replaced (if bloated or whatnot), or if you need a spare battery, you're done for. I use a powerbank so a spare is not needed, but what if the battery has bloated??? Is that just like "Sorry, just get a new handset". If that is the case then I would then just get a more popular handset with readily available batteries as budget handsets like this one has laughs for after sales support. Potential buyers beware...
