Hi i just baught this phone and facing problem to do video streaming and it not loading youtube video as well, please help me

Apps works fantastic..good response from screen.
Battery back-up is average.
Quality of material is poor.
Screen is very delicate and had to shell 4.5k for a display replacement. (physical damages not covered in warranty)

1-battery backup very poor
2-inbuild calender was start from 1980 & end 2036 some app. like horoscope are need the date before 1980 & 2036 also
3-phone not connected to pc because no pc suit or driver available
4-service of karboonn company also very poor call center no not respond dowanload menu of website not work
