karbonn sparkle V stands nowhere even in low end phone .this phone is totally garbage as all google apps are just a junk.Ofcourse it is a cheap phone but not a good one. After all what can one expect from a low budget phone! DON'T BUY KARBONN PHONE if you are a smarter don't buy any smart phone b' coz these companies are making us fool in the name if smartohone

Kitkat was better than lollipop...photos and songs exist in downloaded file manager but not able to open in my phone library and photos...bettery is gwtting drainad early...getting hanged...lots of problem...if hv solution tell me guys...

I have been using this phone for a while. after android 5.1 upgrade it works perfectly. I am pleased with its performance. Best value for money..

Avnish , 05 May 2015I am not able to download any app from play store via WIFI ... moreChange the extension of the file you want to change from .apk to .jpg and send by bluetooth and then again rename it to .apk. Or you can also use Xender to send apps
For file manager open play store search file manager and download the 1st one
For gallery google photos should work fine

its a very good budget phone.absolutly value for money. i found the lolipop upgrade was not my cup of tea. So i flashed it with cynogen cm11 ,n now its awesome.any complaint u had about kitkat will be gone. And if u are worried about warrenty u cn again flash it with stock rom.the whole process u cn find on youtube with the related links.

After upgrade to lollipop it got worse gets very heated on charging & reduced battery life.
