sonu, 23 Mar 2015Hi how was lollipop .did you face any problem plz reply fast.when I was running antutu benchmark, I got a call but I was not able to attend it. The phone kind of got stuck. Had to poweroff n start again. Except that no issues faced so far. Am happy with the update.

Hi
Bought sparkle v from snap deal , downloaded the upgrade and later restart and install.
The phone is still in restart mode has not finished yet , several restart given
It hangs after a point and stays same
Any clue ???

i just updated sparkle v with lollipop update and now its not accepting the sim that it used to accept earlier. it shows "sim card not found". please let me know if anyone has a solution to it.

To easily get lollipop in u r sparkle v backup u r all apps nd just go to settings nd press backup & reset
Nd don't tick the sd card to erase nd start factory reset after it done select English(india) nd set any wifi connection of 500mb nd c go to settings go down to about device nd check software update easily you'll get update
