Guys,Recently i brought a Karbonn Sparkle V running on 1.3 GHz quad core with latest android KitKat 4.4.4 as operating system. I has no built in file manager so I installed ES File Explorer Manager to access data on phone and SD card. But ES File Explorer Manager could read only SD card not internal storage. I tested different file managers but result was same they could read only SD card only. I also tried to connect my phone to PC there also I could see only SD card. Please help me to access internal storage....pls..

Looks like a nice phone , but it is not a good deal . You can not find even a new replacement battery for it , a search two day and nothing . A phone good till it`s broke someting in it , than you can trow it away . Service for this phone it`s a bad joke .

Great features like auto adjustment of brightness with lighting conditions of surroundings and good battery back up and good quality branded product when compared to karbonn and spice.

mobile phone network service is very poor..not working properly i paid 5800 karbon sparlke v android one.,,,since one past away service not working and no galary i phone....please help me this problem??/

Its run very bad battery life otherwise it is awesome........ Don't buy this mobile

Karbonn phones are cheap when you are buying. But It doesn't last more than six months and the support is very very poor. When you go to karbonn service center for repairing it takes 25 days to get your phone repaired. when you go after 26th day they will tell you the screen is damaged it doesn't cover under warranty. you have to pay 1400 rs. The battery doesn't last more than 6 months. It also doesn't cover under warranty. so it is better you can buy an another karbonn phone. so you have to buy two phones per year. It is wise to buy some good brand instead of buing more and more karbonn phones
