Hey!!!am using this phone since 5 months......this is really a good phone and gives lot offeature's at a low price.....it is really awesome for people who use their phone less....but for those who use for gaming ...multimedia like me.....the phone gets heat up....battery drains fast....the camera according to company is 16mp and shoots video of 1080 quality is false....it shoots video of 480 resolution.... Its 16mp camera Samsung's 8mp camera....while front one is really good....rear camera has some focus issues when u are using flash and taking a photo of note book it comes blur when u use flask for near by objects.....solutions to these problem is- root this cell phone and get hands on supersu permission to manage overheating......increase your ram by uninstalling inbuilt stock apps...give your phone a lollipop experience by gravity box from xposed installer which can be downloaded from play store....apps like seeder to increase entropy....lag fix app from play store if u need..set CPU app to control overheating and all other stuffs....just search on Google by ...this this for mtk6592 which is processor in this phone....u can visit China phone arena websites for support to your processors software to edit your phones stock ROM and adb drivers

this mobile is gud for excellent features within 10k ...but it has worst battery life ,camera is not up to the mark rear is 12 mp and front is 5mp it doesn't give real clarity as 16mp rear 8mp front ...battery life is not even 2 hours on continuous usage ...believe me guys I owned for 10k ...the mobile rank is 6/10

yes,the big drawback of the phone is heating problem however the battery is good enough and can be use up-to 6 hour.rear camera is good enough and click pictures of 8-10 mp(real 16 mp) as compare to samsung phones and 5 mp(real-8mp) for front camera.processor works around of 1.2 ghz(real 1.7).
ram is 2 gb but 1 gb is consumed by its own preinstalled application.
8 gb memory is provided for app installation and rest 8 gb for internal storage.it also supports sd card upto 32 gb.
but the look of this gadget is very sexy and can be handle easily with one hand.
at price of 10k ,it is good smartphone.
i would like to give it 8 marks out of 10 at this price.

This is my review on Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus, Snap deal doesn't post the negative reviews. I suppose they have better margins of these sub standard products.The product supplied started malfunctioning within a month. Firstly Karbonn in the north India is a separate company and in south India it is owned by different company. And if you buy a product sold by the one company the other service centres do not service the same.This is a nightmare for the customer.Besides the mandatory testing of any product i.e certification is not done on any of the Karbonn Handsets. Vendors come to them with a product Id ie the models, based on product and price negotiation, they launch the product with out testing them. Now the customers suffer. Snapdeal being the platform should ban products like these.
Now I have given the product for service after hunting for the Service Centre for 10 to 15 days(as if we have only this work to do) on the 6th of Jan, wherein the service centre indicated 15-20days for the change in the battery. With persistant followup they asked me to collect the handset without the battery. When I go for the same, now they say that there is motherboard problem and the handset has gone to Delhi for replacement and it will take another at least a month ! Should I file a consumer forom case against them. Not that I need the handset as I have already bought another Handset. Shouln't we teach this fraud companies a lesson, so that they don't take Indian Consumers for granted ? Besides Snapdeal is silent on this whole issue.

senthil, 23 Jan 2015hi. anyone can tell about camera performance of this mobileCamera is not that great. Considering file size of photo taken by this camera. Though you set camera to 16mp the size is just between 3 to 5 mb. I think it should be 7 mb or more. Other than that mobile is really gr8. I checked antutu benchmark . i surprised to see it scored 31255.
