I brought octane plus 2 days ago.All things are good but there is one problem. Display is not so sensitive.When I place the phone on flat surface,it's display doesn't respond to touch .I think it is due to gravity sensor.How can I resolve this problem? Please anybody suggest me solution

Anybody can buy any mobile of karbonn if they know to buy android handset provided they check everything while buying n forget about after sales service, even if you send mail you may sure not to find any reply coz company has no responsible person to follow up things and even customer care executives are third party paid people who cant guide technically except a common reply you will get '' we understan your situation, n we are forwarding you complaint to respective team''n thaats the end of your issue, Nobody will ever followup that complaint.
Its my real experience within Tamilnadu circle where company owner has two wife n both do not take car of each others products. Try it.
I am one of the victim who received a different charger of a different model under warrenty period. How can we expect life of mobile from such bad service team, most of the service center No's provided will never work or no more a authorised cente

Honey, 07 Dec 2014I am going to buy this but confused between octane plus &am... moreM using redimi note... n now i jst bought karbon titanium octane plus from snapdeal at 5700rs... using both da phone u will definately feel rediminote is far better.. its 5.5 inch display is so bright also work very smooth.. only p4oblem wid redimi note is it has 8gb phone memory where as octane plus got 16gb... but dan cums battery huge different... after brousing surfing n playing games redimi note still last 4 a day where as octane plus dosent last till evening

I bought this phone on 15 nov after lots of research till now the phone is working very well the performance is awesome the best things are full hd,slim design,2gb ram,dual sim and pocket friendly size and price (10,800 from snapdeal)the minus points are low battery backup,16gb memory could be 32gb,sometimes the phone gets heated, non availability of back cover in the market overall the phone is amazing at this price
