I am uaing this phone and its stunning. Ppl not getting 16MP, I request them go to setting check for update and update it. That 33MB update for resolve all your issue. Only thing I dont like about karbonn or micromax phones is that unnecvsory useless apps. Like they have 4 browser.. WTF one have to do with 4 browser. Similarly there are several apps that one hardly use once in lifetime. However, I agree its the best phone in this price tag.

this phone gets too hot after few minutes of use, Battery drains out vry fast, but never hangs and a good phone for gaming

To get 16mp camera resolution?
First you go to setting->About phone->Wireless Update.
Download the update which is about 33mb and then select the update now option.
This will take around 5mins during this time phone will be restarted don't get panic just wait till update finishes.
After that u can use softwares like wondershare powercam,camera zoom fx pro for getting 16mp camera resolution.
In wondershare we can set option as maximum resolution and camera zoomfx pro we can directly set 16mp options inside setting.
Even the default camera app also having 16mp option but we need to change the aspect ratio.
Now click the image and check the details u will find resolution as 3456*4608 means 16 mega pixels.

Bluetooth not work it become restart the phone and phone heat up

Hey guys a good news for octane plus users worried about their camera giving just 12-13mp resulation.....now there is an official update just go through setings about phone n click on wireless update.....instead of dloading powercam which is nearly 20mb just get an 32mb update even heatingggg problm also solved at some level now my cellphone is not heating that much as earlier......guys go for wireless update n problm solve bst of luckkkkk

at this price, you may buy Micromax Nitro..
all the specifications are at par from this phone, battery is 2500 mah, price is 12900, 2 GB ram, and so many features ahead from this fone

Using Karbonn titanium octane plus for the past 1 month, truly stunning performance, 2gb ram, slim design, 16gb internal memory, octa core processor are one of the best features Karbonn has launched. But the only disadvantage is that the battery which is only 2000mAh otherwise this handset is heavy in specifications.
