This is not a reputed company and had issues with availability of spares,
I am struggling for last 2 months for battery availability of Titanium Octane Order placed on 21st August 2015 and still on 24th Oct 2015 they say will take 15 days to confirm the availability of battery, this is the 3rd commitment earlier 2 were given by the dealer and 3rd one by the call center, my order number is KJASPMH296815KR14933, the service center persons at Reliable Enterprise says that there are problem with the availability of Spares from this company.
I would strongly recommend not to buy the mobile from this company.
Please go with some reputed company.

its service is to much baad bcz whith in half month from buying its genrate charging problem nd nd after then buying i visited 14 times in service center an they took my phone for 3 months 18 days i m totally dipressed emwith this so never buy this one

In my Karbonn titanium Octane Plus my saved contacts get hide, but i able to see the contacts details while dialing, i check the contact settings i choosen view all contacts but still i'm facing the problem...

phone is Avaerage but service is not bed its horrable. i have purchase mobile three month back and find charging problem. Service centre told me 45 days for repairing .
please go always branded like motorola/ microsoft/samsung.

First,it has 2000 mah battery that is very low and it started to heat in a very less time. I request Karbonn to resolve these problem relating to heating

Phone is good but quality is worst. with in span of 4 months i had to visit twice @ service center.
Mobile is heating like nothing.

guys where can i buy the back cover for this phones,titanium octane plus..the phones internal memory was said to be 16GB but on my phone its only 2GB,..I dont know why? please help

my phone doesn't get charged I visited service centre they said as I purchased by online no service centre available right now for online cx so I had spent 600 for my charging pin change this is really shit as still I had warranty what to do

But my friend Karbonn titanium octane plus is such a smartphone that if even getting so hit, you can use it without any problem. It is my personal experience. You may feel heat on your finger. But phone will carry on without any problem. Belev me, its normal thing
