root the phone with kingo software through PC. install app master app in the phone. uninstall useless apps from the phone. do a master reset of the phone. after that all the problems are gone...

i have been using this device for 15 days.this is best device you could ever get for a price of 5600/- for me battery backup is two days.rear camera and front camera both are good.front camera is average at nights.but very good in day light.3g speed is really very very fast.screen is good and touch is butter smooth and no lags at all.no signal drop as other said.i think some people wantedly giving negative feedback for this device.this is a device with qualcomm chipset and 1 gb ram.so you won't get any better device for this price range.i recommend this device for everyone whose budget is limit.trust me guys this is really bang for buck device.i have no issues with my phone.i am completely satisfied.

pros of the phone.
1.good interface
2.good touch. but it has only 2finger touch only.
3.nice speed.dont have problem while playing heavy games.
cons.
1.signal problem sometimes.
2.poor battery backup.comparetivly ok.
3.no auto focus.
4.screen resolution is not good.
overall good phone in range of 6k
