Kuo: Apple's mixed-reality headset could arrive as early as the Spring

Apple's mixed-reality headset is finally coming this year, but don't hold your breath just yet. Renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has reaffirmed his estimate that the Apple AR/MR will arrive at the end of Q2 2023 or possibly in Q3 2023.

Kuo's latest research indicates issues with mechanical component drop testing and the lack of software development tools.

Kuo says that it's unlikely that Apple will unveil the AR/MR headset in January and will more likely push the announcement to the Spring or possibly even the WWDC conference in June, depending on the progress of development.
