My screen has some yellow spots on the side when the bg screen is white Kyocera wont fix there defect

Have this phone but there's no custom holsters all the other Kyocera phones have holsters even Brigadier has a custom holster and the phones are similar.
Kyocera site neglects this phone to they don't answer my emails.
