Hi guys i bought this phone 15days ago .....my expericence with this phone is good but the back cover is not good so I consulted flipcart they given me a new back cover for 250/- rs it is very good but problem is it is getting stucked when playing HD games need to restart to rectify this issue however overall it is good at 7k ....what we expect then this in 7k.....

everyone using this handset is luccky to get a snapdragon processor at 7k that too with kitkat upgrade possible(not available till now). Anyone who has used vanilla android 4.3 will know how to use this fone, i m using 4.4.2 in another mob. so i can say that on an average there is not much of a difference. Now the smartcall feature is really not that greast its actually for people who use their mobile heavily for call all day long and receive numerous calls, as most of us pretty annoyed by the slide to answer feature on most handsets. and one can turn off this feature by going to dialer and then uncheck the smartcalling feature in dialer settings. Only the camera is a letdown in night its pretty buish shade. The loudspeaker and earpiece are at the same place. Its not bad considering that one doesn't need to connect headfones to listen to music or watching a movie.Another letdown is flip cover, its actually cover and if once attached to back side then cannot be removed.its actually waste. The fone is handy without it.

Please try this your mobile will not hang after this
Press and hold Volume Down + power Key
you will see Chinese menu
now select clear eMMC with volume down and touch home key to confirm
now reboot device
HARD RESET is done
NOTE before doing this remove your important data, your SD Card and Sim card as all the DATA GET LOST by this

sumit, 26 May 2014plz guys factory reset your device and it solves ur problem... moreeventhough when i did factory reset, the problem still persist, pls suggest

plz guys factory reset your device and it solves ur problem. i used ths product from 1 mnth. it is good phone..
1. for watsapp plz upate watsapp and then login
2. for call pickup problm, go to ur call setting and thn to voice call settings and untick smart calling option.
dont give wrng coments about phone if u dont know how to use mobile.. illitrate ppl .aap sirf nokia 5233 wale e o.. lol

From day one Iam facing problems with this mobile. camera is not good I doubt it is of 5 mp? Whatsapp is not working in this set.
