U have to get activation key from Windows customer support. There's a link wr u can chat with them. Explain the issue they'll ask ur imei no and later offer u a code. It worked for me

Anonymous, 05 Jan 2016i hope so, default radio aap will work fine after update be... moreim not using original headphones. i have philips neck band headphones and fm radio working fine with these headphones. i was also tested with micromax headphones fm is working fine. for the 1st update you need wifi. you can change your sim card to other phone and turn on wifihotspot.after that you can use your mobile net for update.

i hope so, default radio aap will work fine after update because i have reseted my phone twice. in user manual they have suggested to use original headphone. rams bro, are you still using your original headset now? try hearing the default fm aap with other suitable headset. then i will be sure that it will be fine after update. because im not using original headset(i have lost it).please reply quickly. i also want to update the phone. can i do it in my own 3g net?

hi rams, does your fm radio working,,, my fm radio is not working. but i can here radio from AIR live aap. in my location other phones fm are workig nice. whats the problem bro??? please suggest.why default radio or othrr radio aaps except SIR LIVE aap are not working.

Arindam, 30 Jun 2015Friends I m using this device since 8 months, but after giv... moreif you are facing any problem regarding microsoft account or some of your aaps are missing then dont worry. Aaps like skype, here maps, here drive perhaps are crashed or the icons of same aaps are not showing. then you dont need any activation key. just reset your phone in about settings. then create a new account or sign in with former one.now your device is ready to go.

But they r... morei think you need to go and ask them for activation key or send an email to lava care center they will help. you need to flash os again with activation key which is available on xda firmware website. instructions was given there also gsm hosting site also have some useful information.

Actually I gave lava care to update the version. But they reinstalled the original version again. Now when I am trying to sign in or create a new account it's showing we can't activate your phone and giving an error code.

AnonD-478814, 21 Dec 2015this requires money..registering as a developer!no you can apply for free student account. i got my student account within two days. you can send any id card or bill receipts they will accept it.
