I had recently bought LAVA Iris-X1, and from the second of my purchase I am facing problem, initially I my calls is to get hanged during calls(in-call hang)i have given it to dealer he confess and send it to service center and after 8-days this issue repeated, now my Lava-X1 my Vodafone Network keeps missing and i always gets message " Only emergency calls" again dealer send this phone to service center. can any one suggest me the Lava complaint center email ID. please be beware before purching LAVA IRIS X1 phone.

Why are u rating this set good than others. The important issue is battery performance. My message to all users is to kindly give ye views upon battery usage.

I m iris user. This is super set . I thanks to lava. It is better than Nokia xl. Everyone buy this phone .it is paisa basool set. Barry backup is smart.and every app move on it smartly. Thanks lava.

HORRIBLE. Don't get impressed by looks.
1) APPS VANISH on restarting. Yes, that's true. Apps stored on SD card goes missing on restart.
2) When External SD card is default storage in camera, PHONE CRASHES each time when taking pictures.
Thankfully, Flipkart was so helpful and it refunded my money and took phone back. Never ever going to touch LAVA brand again. Their response was typical 'Please visit our nearest service center'. This was for a device that was one day old !!
