Can any one tell me in lava iris x1 kitkat version is showing "X" instead of "K"..so is it pirated/Fake???

excellent mobile.....
camera super,
video recording super.....we can take pics while recording,
while playing big games phone gets slightly warm....but there is no problem,
good battery backup...
im using since 2 months there is no hanging of phone...
this is the best phone of my budget.....
