why lava company not providing minor updates for camera ,battery ,heating and dialer issues to the x8 users who update their phone in lolypop like samsung and other brands, otherwise the company will not survive.

My Lava Iris X8q is 2 months old. Bought in Oman. I am in Senegal working. My phone dropped yesterday and stopped working. I had to transfer my sim to my Samsung Galaxy phone to be connected. So how can you help me. No one could locate where to open the phone to check the battery etc. What do I do?

there is a lot of problems going on with my phone and i need an answer and if you don't give me a reply i can file a case against your company. so the problems is there are really bad apps downloading and installing in my phone and to get rid of it i hard reset ed my phone but what happened is after the phone was completely formatted, even the default applications like camera, gallery, music,calculator, downloads, maps, my notes, photos,clock, etc have completely disappeared and don't show up so i need a solution to that. also i bought this phone 10 months ago and that to not one two pieces and both have the same problem and i know that i am being rude but i sorry i am really angry about this and please send me a reply as soon as possible. it also says that the phone has 1 year guarantee but see before 12 months the problem started like in the 5 month. so please this is a request please send me a reply

Karan Chauhan, 03 Jun 2016my phone"s touch is dead I m using it since a year good performance no lags gr8 battery life yet. But once my display get cracked I repaired it and here comes a devil. New problem arise mostly the touch pad and kqwerty pad gets dead every time I have to re-start it. Now thinking for new phone.
