AnonD-407743, 06 Aug 2015I am using lava iris x8 since 4 months ago.but no lollipop ... moreit means there is no update package (zip file) present in memory card. There is no update yet for this phone. For any new update (for any phone) the company upload the package file to their server, they provide you with two option whether to download update from their site via pc or directly from phone. If you choose to download update. you need to place update package in sd card root folder i.e, \sdcard1\update.zip ... Then you can install new update from "update app"/

Hello Dear all,
My personal views after using the mobile its really a good mobile in compare to Samsung and Yyu-yureka, Yu-phoria, or Panasonic, LG, Micromax and Lenovo, Dell its good b'coz in less prize its giving good and clear camera 8 MP front 3 MP, and 16 GB Space with 2 GB ram and very fast net. I m using 2g Network but getting very good speed and also save money instead of using 3G network and its also fast. no hangs, using 360 total security software really, good gives very good battery backup after using full day net and full charging time 45-60 minutes... I m happy by using the same mobile and also gives 10 out of 10 for this mobile as its gives good connectivity and each place.

My dear lava company I kindly request you to fix below mentioned bugs.Mobile is good but some of the functions like camera quality ,networks,sound system are not so good.Please solve the above mentioned problems and provide good lollipop version that is v5.1 or v5.2 so that user will become happy. Thanks. Please provide good camera in lollipop and fix some bug

I am using lava irish x8 phone for the last 2 months .but recently it shown virus in android software iam using 360 antivirus it remanded force to stop the app please suggest the problem

lava x8 is totally money waste smartphone i purchased it for rs.9000 but i don't think its worth of money.... a cheap quality ..... look like rs.5000
1. after purchase it i changed 2 earphone......now my x8 was stopped working and i sent it to lava center...! now more than 40 days they did not repaired yet... when i call they always say "please wait more 15 days ".... now i purchased yureka... lets see
2. sound quality is bad...camera is low...and hardware is bakwaas...
if you want to buy any smartphone at rs.10000 then go for chines company they much better than this stupid lava,........!

It is very bad phone,it hangs sometime,I don't know what to do and also in its display some problem is there.

the charger provided with this phone is not much reliable, the full charging time greatly varies, wonder why, i m using my lenovo tab s5000 1.5amp charger without any issues, below 10 to 100% in 3.45 hrs. including trickle charging.
