this phone is good but there is no update for lollipop 5.0 anyone please reply me,in which date that the lollipop update will come

I'm using lava iris x8 since last 4 month,,BT after 2 month from buying I face some problam on my device,,it takes too much time for charging (6 to 7) hours..and its sensors r not working well....I sent the device in service center 3 times...BT the problams are still same...now plz tell me what can I do?

Excellent performance but poor sound in speaker and even in the headphone. In the update side no update they are ready to offer for lava iris x8 users very poor response from the customer support When we ask any question about the update ten about the camera back camera Not bad but front camera is very poor need a improvement in the camera Even the have to give update for that . so for the person who wants multitasking can prefer this phone

MAIL FROM ME.
1) Please provide multitouch up to 5 figures through L update.
2) Provide L update as soon as possible.
3) If you have software enhancement for camera, like in pixel v1, make that
for iris x8.
4) ensure proper amount of spare parts (battery, display, touch pad) in
market, battery is important.
5) Engineer mode settings for audio is almost useless in this, volume get
sticky at fixed level, not changing, so can't do proper sound enhancement.
Again
Availability of spare parts and quick service is the key factor for winning
in market for any model.
Without spare parts nobody encourage to deal with mobile phones.
Thank you for providing a good featured Android under 10k, (missing 4g is
neglecting).

I think that is the basic and simple dialer, if you want call from one sim just select that sim , instead of always select option.

that is the main issue of android 4.4.2,
did you moved media files from download folder?
clean catch the download app and gallery app, also try to delete the ".thumb" one time,
I am used above methods now no problem, I cannot distinguish which is the right one, you just follow the steps.

Don't buy this phone .. they are liars making false promise...there is no update to lollipop and the camera sucks... it feels like 2 mega pixels...

the dialer is a big disappointment in this phone, may be because of the stock android, not at all user friendly, no dual sim enhancements, if sim select option is "always ask" then after the call button is pressed, a boring sim select option pops up. lava should have give a customized dialer like the "float task" option. hope lava does some customization to make the make the dialer more user friendly, in the update. 2 dial buttons for 2 sims would be great.

this phone is not at all good. i have been using this phone for about 6 months. the video playing is not good . the update never comes . so totally it is a waste. believe me.
