Same as applying for other sims or some o... moreJust go to ur nearest reliance store with ur 4G device and 2 photos and photocopy of ur ID just like normal procedure and they will ask u to download jio apps etc etc some stuff like that and u will get the sim and will be activated in 2-3 days , I heard that call qulaity is not that good just good for internet rest Google for more info

Great phone. Plays all games out there. Original Android OS (EUI) is horrible. Install the MIUI 8 v6.8.6 Android OS (google it) on the x500. It runs much, much better.

Don't purchase. Poor quality product. Very poor service.if phone damaged Service centre says we will replace. after sending to service centre then says phone will repai. And take 2-3 months for repairs. Custore care gives different answers on every call. Don't belive . how can this company make fool totheir customore.
