1-charger pin not like a Samsung charger its bigger one. U need to carry leeco Le 1S usd cable with u enytime.....
2-non removable battery
3-there is no radio option in the phone
4-hybrid sim slot

1-3gb ram

All in All not a good phone.
Using from last 10 months. Battery life is less, Charging is fast.
Worst Camera, Heating issue, Hang problem.
And now becomes dead.
Service Center has no date to repair the set as they have not received spares from last three months.
Mail to customer support thrice but no reply.
Call at cust care but so many noise, you can`t even tell your problem.
So avoid to buy this phone as my personal experience.

I am using x500 1 year and 7 mounths.Batery is same from 1. day 4-6h sot.For price best phone.

i am telling you that this is the worst phone in this world i have used . It is just wastage of money . Once u will buy it , u will regret urself whole life . There is nothing in this mobile . I have been using this from 6 month and i have become very much irritated from it. There is no serviece availability . A very very very poor battery life . And the bjggest problem is , it heats upto 56 degree celcius even by normal usage . Sometimes the external buttons stops working automatically .this phone is now dead and when i went to service center they told me that there is no service center in indian and tell me to spend 5000 rs . Plz friends do not buy this phone.

In 8 month of buying it , it's volume during call is gone ,. heating problem as well,

This company does not bothered to support customers and making customers as fools by misleading on any warranty back up problems by duping that it is out of warranty class due to some lame excuses.
Their customer care number non responsive to any grievences and their service centre in Chennai asking customers to go for a replacement of a new mobile instead rectifying the fault and indicating spares cost equal or more cost.
All my efforts to follow warranty terms to do needful has failed even with supplier Flipkart as they wash off their hands .
Hence,my sincere request to buyers, before make purchasing mobiles of Chinese check-up with customer reviews as early supplier dump their products and move away from their promises during/after warranty back services.

Le tv phone are just cheap rubbish mobiles for usage of 10 months only...Phone hanging....battery draining....heating problem..... My phone screen is faded, no damage but I can not get fix in warranty, because there is service center not accepted because not availability of spare parts not cooperateion there side and company customer care no. is working not propery, Very disappointed.never buy i complain consumer forum

No service center in Karimnagar, My phone battery is damaged, there is no service center, Very disappointed.

I read some comments about volte , guys 4G works well with this phone , and volte also works fantastic provided you download jio call app .

I have updated to firmware version 026S but PLAY store does not work, I cleared everything did a hard reset

but nothing changed about the PLAY store I always getting the [RH-01] Server error message.
"Error retrieving information from server"
What should I do to resolve this error?

LeEco Le 1s phone i bought it in first year in china it was nice phone really it have never broke or did any thing wrong it was my best phone ever but after 1year and half i thing the phone start not to charge in battery when i link cable it go on and off and than it take sometime to start back so 2017 /07/01 i kike it on wall 3 time first was small hit 2d was bit hard the 3 was harder xdxdxd and than steal working all i need to do new to send back to the company to fix i love that phone i just hope they dont charge me with higher price for fix

Worst mobile, i am using since last 1 year, and already spended more 5000 on it. I bought it on may 2016. It got problem in mic just 3 days after buying. I send it to customer center. They return back it to me after 2 months. Poor service and response. And again the touch went faulty. I send again to the center on jul 16. They told me that the problem is due to water. So it does not cover in warranty. I spended more 5000 for the touchscreen. Now the back button of touch again not working. I m looking for the customer service but i think the company have winded up..........Just wanna to throw the mobile...Last option
