All features of letv is good so far. Have a complaint that, I could not register fingerprint lock as it is not accepting even after trying for 2 minutes. Please suggest how can i solve this.

I got le2 in 2nd flash sale from LeMall. Phone is good in all respect.
But i had not received 10% cashback till now. PLz help what to do?
secondly plz tell how to use le membership which they had said is worth Rs. 4999/-

bought it in first minute of first flash sale and got it after 3 days.
Sound quality (speakers) 6/10
Sound quality (earphones) 7/10
Display 10/10
Camera quality 5/10
Battery life 7/10
Fingerprint 10/10
Touch 8/10 till the time it started getting erratic where it would detect ghost touches.
Raised refund request 2 days after receiving and status is pending 13 days later with no response and no information. Calling customer care yields to nothing. Even though their customer care is one of the best I have seen. The support customer care has no information about returns and replacement and things.

I bought the phone from flipkart. The mobile internet is working fine on Wifi...but it is not working for mobile data..please any tell me is it faulty one..or i need to change some seeting for configuring it

Nice phone for its Price.
Display quality is VERY GOOD.
Fingerprint works AMAZING.
Camera quality and features was Fine.
All the others except the below.....
( - ) MINUSes
Battery is not enough for one day normal use.
Processor was not as per the specification in the Ad.
Incoming call screen slides & rejects call while we taking the phone from pocket.
Theres no CDLA Headphones inside the box (Which I Highly Expected). So cant try the Audio effects, whats there in the CDLA?.
(Le Code not received that said in the Registration Page)
