Leeco le 2 has may issues in hardware and software. I bought this from flipkart.I observed on eleventh day that charging cable was not working. I couldn't be able to find a warranty service center in indore.later part another issue...

Leeco le 2 has may issues in hardware and software. I bought this three months ago from flipkart.I observed on eleventh day that charging cable was not working. I couldn't be able to find a warranty service center in chennai.later part another issue is tgat i have been using a Bluetooth headset (soundpets qy7). Some times Bluetooth connection is not working sound is coming out from tye mobile speakers even though connection is done successfully.some times not able to connect my Bluetooth.some times even it is connected the controls are not working.. I used the same headset with different brands of mobiles i haven't seen these kind of problems. Leeco is such service less mobile in india. Kindly stop the sales if u r not able give a support to leeco le2 .

It's been 3 months.. No sign of phone! The centre, where I submitted phone (rama telecom, udaipur) refused to provide status of phone!
Even if your phone is in warranty, pay and repair it from a local shop.

Horrible phone & service. Hardly 5 months since I purchased, power chord not working. Phone does not get charged and switched off completely. After I bought a new power chord, now there is no sound, unable to receive or make any phone calls. Very poor customer service too, they are asking me to leave the phone with them for a month. Bitter experience with Snapdeal too.

I have purchase this phone 11 months ago......perfectly work wit good camera quality
But suddenly on december my phone started to work automatically on its own when showed it to service center they said there is touch pad issue which will.nt not be covered in warranty due to water in it
But there was no water in it and they refuse for warranty...worst service ever recieved and said it would cost 5000 for touch pad.......the phone is in warranty and now no warranty os showing in portal...
.
It is rightly said that dont use chinese products ...worst company ever plz dont buy any letv or coolpad phone because many costumers face same problems....
This is waste of tym and money.....

Ok, So this phone have one of the most impressive specs in 12k. I bought it based on the specs in February. After 15 days, the charger stopped working. I went to nearby service center as my phone was in warranty, they told me its impossible to get Original charger in India... You have to buy other charger, So I had to buy Aukey charger from Amazon with quick charge 2.0 for Rs 1000 for a phone which was still under ok warranty... Even then too I settled UNTIL after 15days from then, I restarted my phone and it stuck on boot. Now, I again went to service centre, they told me there is only one service facility of letv phone and ALL phones go there ,which is in Bengaluru. And IT WILL TAKE 20 to 30 DAYS for service... Are you kidding me... But this was just a start. After 20 days I again went to service centre and the was no status and sign of phone... They told me to come after a week. I went again after a week, they again told me to wait a week.... And same thing happened AGAIN.. I called to their toll free number, which is always switched off, I contacted them via email, no reply, facebook, no reply... I called to service centre, where I submitted phone, no reply...
It's been 3 MONTHS, still my phone is in service centre, the store executive is saying that there are no parts anywhere in India, Letv is not sending any parts to India, they cannot do ANYTHING and even they refused to take responsibility for my phone -RAMA TELECOM, UDAIPUR-... it is not just me. Hundreds of phones are pending in service centres, the are no parts for months, and no one have ideas whether they will come or not... The service centre peoples are shameless pigs -again RAMA TELECOM, UDAIPUR-, last time, they even refused to check status of phone at all... All service centres are closing one by one... The phone itself is very buggy, and there are no updates for 11 months... Camera is worse then RN3 and RN4, and even J7..
Well, if they give you this even for Rs 6000, DO NOT BUY THIS. it is like throwing Rs 6000 out of window. My phone is still in service center after 3 months, no one knows whether it will come or not, shameless service center dogs refused to take responsibility. Had to file a case in consumer court. Had to bought new phone samsung j7 pro, which has nearly half features but excellent after sale service. So, you are far better safe by avoiding this phone and company. JobSheet No JS17050200184

Dear friend,
Don't buy this leeco 2 worst phone. After few month you find out so much problem in this phone and they deny to do the service. Even they don't have proper service centre for this.

And if you want better perfomance then unlock bootloader and install Ressurection Remix Rom you will enjoy.

Guys .pls don't buy dis phone , at the starting u will b hpy to use but after some days u r gonna face many problems such as heating issue,buttons not working properly, scree touch problem,display damage , speaker problem and charging issue. The worst thing is even if Ur phn is under warranty & guarantee , no service centre will give you any service .In internet if u search service centre it will show a dozens of service centre near ur locality but dey will deny to repair. I used letv2 for 7 months and I didn't want to use dat stuff ever in my lyf....it's just a bloody worst gadget . I recommend u not to buy dis phn and waste Ur money because I don't want u to suffer as I. Really d worst and worst phn.

The worst phone ever, and service centers are only in big cities, where shall we the small townies go? Funny han. Its been just 8 months only since I bought this phone, and the battery got drained/dead for no reason, and guess what no service centers around, and local vendors charging hugely. I am not wasting extra pennies on this now, and recommend all to 'NOT BUY' this phone at any cost.
