I bought LEECO 2 before 10 months, now its not power on and also not charging. What to do? Any replacement for this. My data's everything locked in that mobile.

i bought this phone 4 months back. it doesn't charge up now. battery is dead. i went to service center and they said they wouldnt repair it. i am disappointed. i called LeECo toll free number but no response. its a bad bad phone and the after sale service is very poor

Chandan, 15 May 2017The phone was dead .Then we started to charge it the notifi... moreIf battery is at 0 then charge it for about 15-30% and press and hold power button till u sell LeEco logo or if screen is blank try to go in recovery mode (volume up+power) and try a hard reset and if still screen is stuck on LeEco logo then try to reflash the whole OS ..hope that helps

No updates nothing it's just not worthwhile taking this phone all the service centres had shut up down for this phone and this is not done wts the use for taking it even the le community tends announced the updates according to it last week was taken for providing the updates but up till now no updates even everything this worthless I would prefer to get some other phone exactly within the range ! Not statisfied ✌

Please help me?Rn4 is better than Le 2 , Le 2 has sd652 soc which is goid in performance but heats alots and ram management is good , battery is average support fast charging while Rn4 has sd625 soc which is a balance chip it can also handle heavy tasks and doesn't hear like 652 and battery is good camera is average on both the devices, also LeEco has worst after sales services and no updates for Le devices. Go for RN4 or u can also buy honor 6x go for 4gb ram model
