Also ask them for a replacement or file a case in consumer forum..

I ordered Le 2 mobile after ignoring the customer reviews on 12th November,received on 15th but from day one back camera was not working. Submitted complaint same day and till date 03.12.16 I am waiting for replacement as they offer 10 days returned or replacement guaranty,after giving them reminders every day.I feel it was my mistake that I trusted this company,their customer service is big zeero. Guys don't do mistake to buy their product.Just to get this product I am struggling I don't know after sale service what is going to happen.ORDER NO 4071932918958

Best for anything you want to do . Performance is great . Camera is not better than moto in low light . Keyapad is fast . Customization is fun. Quick charge than type - U cable. Full metal body . Sexy looks . Best thing is this phone is having all the sensors which are essential . And earphones are awesome , not too base , but the clearity they provide is so good , and base is fun enough to not let you down .

Worst GPS antenna, navigation sucks in Google Maps...No video call option in Jio 4GVoLTE. Not truely 3 GB, its only 2.7GB, RAM is always occupied with plenty of spaces. Sometimes the ram ussage error also sucks..
Not a good buy who uses the phone at extreme like me.
I would suggest to go with moto phones.

this phone while works well mechanically it is very hard to navigate.the app store consists of chinese apps with chinese language only.this is no good for english only speaking customers.all the built-in apps are only for chinese speaking customers.as a foreigner living in china i need apps available in english with informational content not games,movies,etc.

AnonD-608904, 30 Nov 2016Le2 mobile heating les or more please tel meLe2 has snapdragon soc which heat less and it is metallic so it will get warm if u use it heavily or outside and ambient temperature also matters ...to give u an Idea if u use phone in indoor it will heat less and if u usr phone outdoor under direct sunlight it will heat ... Every phone heats while using it heavily bcoz of cpu and battery around 45-47/48 its heating crossing this figure is sort of overheating.. hope that helps..
