Hello guys ..
Is anyone face battery issue that it drain so fast while in the sleep mode it drain too which is most hurting ..
Is anyone has the solution to solve the battery or atleast not drain in sleep mode

My phone suddenly got Switched off and its not turning on.I have even tried calling Customer care but they are not responding.If any has faced the same problem than please Help!

AnonD-594106, 06 Oct 2016After having it , I really lost the trust on experimenting ... moreGo and chevk out other devices almost all the devices heats or get warm while using/ charging .. for battery deain try to calibrate your battery and try a hard reset for fingerprint scanner google for the instructions .. hope that helps

The device is good but some people want a 12K phone to be like a flagship also if u really wanna buy this phone go to Flipkart page and read reviews there bcoz online reviews can be fake.. so go & check out some real reviews

I'm experiencing that the voice calls when 3g network is selected is very bad and ones just can't listen what other side is speaking. Pl tell any solution. Voice calls work perfectly fine with 2g connection. Whenever I want to use net, I manually select 3g by dialing *#*#4636#*#*. And similarly when need to call, I select 2g network using the same number. It's a very compromising thing, but I've heard the replacement policy in leTV is very cumbersome and users have bad exp.
PS : initially I thought this is because I got the SIM cut from local shop. later, I changed my SIM to nano by getting replacement SIM from network provider. But still the same issue.

worst phone ever. Got damaged two times in two months.
the phone gets switched off and doesn't turn on. the same problem occured after repair from authorize service center. Regretting buying the letv phone

No other notification LED colours supported other than green and yellow? I tried light flow app but not changing anything. No other problems as of now

After having it , I really lost the trust on experimenting with Chinese products anymore,
Multiple dysfunctions i am struggling with just in a span of less than 3 months,
Phone has a heating issues, battery drains on its own, all of sudden the figure sensor stopped working and latest is a hissing sound which is quite audible when the device is activated.
Everything is officially mailed on lemall official site, but no positive response yet.
I`m really disappointed with the device and request the concerns to either refund my money or replace the handset if only my hand is a problem.

Issues: (Over)Heating, Phone froze multiple times within the first 10-20 days of use, Camera Quality is not that great - zoom on Videos is pathetic. expensive Headphones.

Heavy heating problem at the time of charging & low battery. Poor quality camera. Battery charging retention also very poor. Headphones you have to purchase separately, company gave only conver for standard headphone jack along with the set. But lemall website includes headphones are free. But they are not sending the headphones .
Finally I concluded that ,it is worst phone I have ever seen. Don't waste your money

AnonD-593043, 05 Oct 2016its getting charged like 10% for 1hr and now it charged fro... moreLe2 support quick charge and charger supplied is based on quick charge 2 it will charge quickly upto 80-85% then it will slow down ...ie if u plug in charger at 10% after 1 hour it should charge upto 65-75% if ur device is charging too slow or too quick then better replace

This is very Bad Le Eco 2 Mobile don't waste your money. Very Poor Battery Back up.Hang the mobile in 2Month (Not open the Mobile)So my Opinion is no perched the mobile set.
