Plz dont buy this bull shit Mobile. Hardly used only 11 days the mobile got struk. Given to service centre 29 days gone till now I don't receive my phone. Worst service I have ever seen. Customer care is very worst in the world.le means local engineering.

I have a bad experience with Le 2. First, the mobile internet card didn't work. I had the device exchanged for another. Then I found that my PC does not recognize the device. I spend the whole day trying to solve this problem by installing various drivers and then gave up. Furthermore, I found that Le 2 does not work with my bluetooth speakers. I don't know if these problems are common or wether I've been extremely unlucky. But I won't buy this brand again.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY LE ECO PRODUCTS. within 10 days it developed problems and after giving to service center on 14th july, it is not yet returned back despite several mails. The service center informed that there are too many such phones to handle and many spares are not available (This speaks about its quality). I have to make complaints at consumer forums. They are not responding. It is better off from this chinese product

ud, 24 Sep 2016i am facing the same issue, how did you get the issue resolved ?after update u cant make vediocall so...if u update ur phon then u have to wait until u got another update info...andd with that update u r able to do vediocall..in this current version u got volty but it does not have vedio calling features!

I purchased this superphone 2 months ago. And I think I am now eligible to give my review about this 'superphone'.
I would like to give this smartphone the ratings of 8 out of 10.
Let's start with prons :-
1- Well designed and a very beautiful mobile
2- Good processor
3- Powerful CPU
4- ios like smooth interface
5- Dual Sim
6- A very good display
7- No hanging
8- Quick Charging
Now cons :-
1- The black strip bordering the screen.
2- Back Camera quality is not that good but performs well in daylight. No issues with front camera.
3- Battery life should be improved. It's not enough for those who play big games on mobile like me.
4- No headphone jack. It's not a serious issue. They provide a type of connector also. But during charging it become serious.
5- Heats up when charging. This is also not a big problem. In normal day working there is no heating issues even in the big game playing.
6- Sometimes I feel that brightness level is quite bad when u r outside.
That's It. I loved this smartphone very much and prefer everyone to buy this. The cons are not very serious. And ha that 'display makong sound' problem which most of the users posted. That's nothing. I've don't faced such problem. In normal working you can use it with ease.
