I have received this phone today and within 2-3 hour my phone's launcher has stopped working. I m nt getting d home page now. I Got so much irritation with d phone....
.
Now suggest me that, will I exchange the same phone or return & buy the new one except le max 2 .....

Hey why vedio calling doesn't working in this Lee max phone ?? After recent upgraded problem is same. I purchased this phone was 7 days ago, I think in this average price another phone will have vedio calling.

Sheetal, 22 Oct 2016I had got this le eco le max in dasera sale n got it on 15 ... moreFingerprint sensor will not improve even after update. After update to 5.8.0.16S , the performance , camera improved and once I got 122k. That after killing all the apps in background. But consistently it will will give 80k on antutu 6.2.1. I think that is because it has to push 2k display compared to fhd displays on other phones. Overall the phone performance became much better after update.

Same thing happened with me. I went to the service centre they said for repairing it will take 15to 20 days. I came back I took chance and did not go for refund with Amazon. I was waiting for update. After updating do finger print scanner calibration and register the finger print . It will start working.

I had got this le eco le max in dasera sale n got it on 15 oct from Flipkart. Yes its letv......n i still dont understand d difference coz on net it says its d same brand....le n letv. My finger sensor doesn't work. I had got this coz of camera n size but both i m not satisfied. On d same day i went for return ...refund request. But apart from getting their mails i have nothing yet. First they said that dealers have denied refund. When i called flipkart pathetic customer care......i have got similar replies......n then they agree for a technical fellow visit. N d date has been postponing. N i am left in dilemma. N again when i call back tell me that refund is not possible. If d piece has defect then u wud get a replacement only aftr visit. N u have to get from same brand only. This is ridiculous. I havent used d damn phn not even for a few hrs as i dont have nano sim cards. N these people r not ready to refund. So how can they claim of easy refund n stuff????? Yes its fraud.....n fooling people. Isnt ther any way to deal with such cheating from d company????? This flipkart people simply say....rhe dealers hav such policy. Then what d hell r these guys in between???? I am feeling so bad as i was waiting for a big phone with good camera in budget. N see aftr spending so much i get crap. N they r playing n killing time. How csn i get refund????

I bought le Max 2 on 15th october,2016 from Snapdeal and got the delivery on 20th October. I used it for one day, and the fingerprint sensor stopped working, I downloaded the system update bt nothing happened. I went to the recovery mode and reset the phone bt still nothing happened. Any suggestions..... Plzzzz....
