Very bad service, only in 10 days phone has a lot of problems and customer service executive not giving solution and I am unable to use it 1 month passed still no solution

Look only is great. Software is pathetic.
Finger Print sensor stopped working after 3 weeks.
Repair/Replacement process is totally behind the screen and the partners providing support are helpless. Totally ZERO ownership from LeEco to enable faster customer service.
If your device is broken.....that's it !! Hand it over to service center and forget the phone.

Very best look and with all necessary features. But this mobile become too hot that we can't keep mobile inside our pocket.

Yahoo! Got my hands on the beast!!! I love this mobile soo much. I got everything I asked for that too in just 12k!! I am basically a gamer, and I have tried most of the games and it runs smooth as amul butter!!! I have not faced any lag till now and it doesn’t even heat! I love this!! I have faced lagging issues even in my friend’s HTC M9 for this game called Dungeon Hunter but it runs very smoothly in Le 2… I would certainly recommend this to my frnds and family!! Thank you LeEco for this amazing device!!! Keep bringing more awesome stuff!
2. Super fast gadget Le2 !!!
Mera wala phone mil gaya! Was super excited to get this mobile and finally when I got it am fully satisfied! This is the best!! The phone is filled with awesome specs and it’s build quality is class!!! The in hand feel is amazing, doesn’t feel heavy at all! The best thing, I mean one among the best things I like (trust me, if I go on about the things I like, I’ll end up writing for pages :p ) is the fingerprint sensor! It has been placed in a very good position behind the mobile, below the camera. It makes it easy for us to unlock while getting the mobile out of my pocket itself, and also helps with taking pictures easily.. I just loved it!! Ek Number LeEco!
3. Le 2 is certainly great device.
The best features I like about this mobile, that too for this price is…
1. Fast charging! It’s too good. It goes from 0-100% in 80-90 mins.
2. It comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 652.
3. Back camera is 16MP and front camera is 8MP which is great.
Supports VoLTE.

Le 2 is the awesomest smartphone I have used so far! It has all required features from 5.5 inch display fits perfectly in your palm ,16 MP rear camera, fingerprint scanner, fast charging feature, IR Blaster and all the sensors. It comes with SD 652 with 3/32 GB RAM and ROM which works very smooth and gives you high performance. Adreno 510 helps you in running all high end games. Built quality is amazing, looks premium. Type-C is the new upcoming tech which is embedded in this phone. VoLTE will also be available with the upcoming OTA.

The best buy, as of now! It’s probably the most affordable, feature rich and well balanced phone as of now in sub 15k range!

Build quality with 5.5-inch full metal uni-body, as usual like all LeEco phones is simply premium.
Fingerprint and fast charging features are exceptional.
6. Awesome phone to buy if you plan for 5.5-inch size of display.
I bought this phone on 1st flash sale and following are my observations.
1. Light weight.
2. Audio Quality: Very crisp and clear with CDLA. (Tried in one of the meetups)
3. Display: Full HD and it is Awesome. Beauty in itself.
4. Build quality: 5.5-inch full metal uni-body feels premium. Perfect craftsmanship.
5. Games: Plays all high end games smoothly without any frame drops and lags.
6. Camera: 16 MP rear camera with PDAF and 8 MP front camera as a selfie shooter is brilliant.
7. Storage: 32 GB with option to connect USB OTG is cool.
8. Rose-gold color variant looks damn beautiful.

Just received today. It seems to be perfect as per my expectation; perfect display, weight and feel. Thanks to Flipkart for such express delivery. Fast charging is working awesome, 3000 mAh battery is a beast which gives you a day of backup with quick charging feature. eUI is the best UI I used so far. Enjoyed watching movies with L

This is pathetic phone as i bought it from flipkart who is endorsing such stupid chiniese company
On 12 th day finger print sensor stopped working although it was never accurate and was taking at least 4 attempts to unlock
User friendly ness is zero. Looks cheap unlike shown in reviews on youtube

Hi,
I have just bought Le Eco Max 2.
The hardware looks great and the screen offers an excellent quality. Loaded with a lot of apps and antivirus running in the background, Antutu still runs at 115 000 (+ 20 000lower than the official score).
Contrary to what is said in some review, there is no NFC device in the Le Eco Max 2 4Gb-32Gb.
However, the software is not well finished. The French translation is only partially done. Using either Firefox or Chrome, it was impossible to listen to some web-radio at a time and place where my previous smartphone (Zopo ZP999) could easily do it and where internet speed test proved to be excellent (50MB/sec).
The native apps like e.g. phone and contacts are basic and need to be replaced by better ones available on Google store. There are several LeEco apps only usable in China (and in Chinese) but they cannot be inactivated.
The control over apps permissions is far not so extended as on my previous phone but I don't know whether it is linked to the phone or to the difference between Android 6 and 4.
Camera not tested yet.
Conclusion: great hardware poor software, for geeks mainly
On the internet, there are some ROM in preparation but rooting and flashing the ROM is not for anybody.
