Hi i cannot open google play store, and when i connect internet, all is ok, display again and again that "google play stores dose not open......etc, and after force-ly closed this dialog box then i can connect internet , this comes again again, how to solve it

This phn is not supporting malayalam language.l cant read malayalam msgs in whatsapp.No screen shot.Its all r installing bt not opening.
