That is the problem of your sim car.
I took a duplicate sim and my a369i works well.

I got a A369i a few days back because it was selling with a 40% price cut(limited time offer). I took it to replace my old ZTE Blade. I could never believe that a model that was created in 2013 from a known company like Lenovo would have a so pathetic screen. The viewing angles remind me LCDs from 7-10 years ago. When using it in landscape it's very tiring for the eyes remind me an 10 years old MP3 noname player. Blade's screen is in a totally, much higher category, with much better viewing angles and much more polite to my eyes.
Lenovo I will keep your phone because it suits me fine as A PHONE. But I will NEVER choose another model from you before first testing it myself. A screen of this bad quality is a disgrace to a device that is less than two years old.

u purchased this 16 months back. and changed mother board every 3 months.
its very delicate ram.because once Facebook can be open, its open & close around 6 times of a minute.after open the app it can stand by display in one minute only. after that it will be closed with out any command.
and open the phone contact, this open around one &half minute.I really disappointed to purchese d this.
I am not ever seen this type phone in 7000 rupees price.its very delicate, worst,useless phone.
this can put in muse with worst mobile award.
don't believes specification while purchasing this.

i purchased this 16 months back. and chaged mother board every 3 months. but its very delicate ram,overhanging processor,once face book can be opened around 6 times after touch the app. after open the face book its only stand by display only 2 minutes. after that it automatically closed with out any command. same problem repeated while reading news. not clear photos .if phone contacts opens after touch the app, it can open and shows contacts around one and half minute.there are so many negative un countable feed back about this phone.
I am soooo much of worried to purchase this phone.
I am ever seen like this type of worst phone.
this can easily put in museum with worst mobile award. i really disappointing to purchased this mobile.

This phone it goes off every after 5 Minutes and i always have to take the battery out to switch it on beside that it can't be on.
